Located in Santa Monica, this second story addition and first floor renovation completely altered the character of the interior of the home, while maintaining the exterior's classic Cape Cod style. The new second floor contains a master bedroom suite, 3 children's bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The completely renovated first floor features a new kitchen, family room, billiard's room, two story dining room, formal living room, and a guest suite. The 4,850 s.f. Ozkan Residence was chosen as the "Home of the Month" in Metropolitan Home magazine.
