THE SOWA RESIDENCE
Located next to the Rancho Park Golf Course in the Cheviot Hills neighborhood of Los Angeles, this new 2 story 4,500 s.f. home was designed in a Tuscan Villa style. The emphasis of the design was to create an old world elegance in a modern open plan configuration. Outdoor living was also a priority, and oversized sliding doors pocket completely out of the way, providing open access to the 600 s.f. covered porches. The home includes formal spaces, a two story stairwell, open kitchen and family room, guest quarters, maid's quarters, master suite and 3 children's bedrooms and baths.
